Rules
RankApp is a public leaderboard. There are no ads, no placements to negotiate, and no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is what you have paid — nothing else.
How ranking works
- Bids are whole US dollars, $2 minimum, $1 at a time.
- Rank is decided by the total you have paid, not by your last payment.
- Paying less than #1 still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take.
- Equal totals stay in the order they were reached — the app that got there first keeps the higher rank.
- Paste the same app again to top up. Every payment stacks onto the same total, so passing #1 only costs the gap between your total and theirs.
- Apps are keyed by App Store ID. Pasting the same app from another country's storefront updates the existing listing instead of creating a duplicate.
- Tracking and referral query strings are ignored. Every listing sends visitors to its canonical App Store page.
What you can list
- A live app on Apple's App Store — iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Paste the apps.apple.com link straight from the app's page.
- App Store links only. Android apps, websites, social profiles, and Apple's other stores — podcasts, music, books — are not on the board.
- Only real links are accepted. Bare app IDs, developer pages, dead listings, and anything Apple cannot resolve are turned away before checkout.
- Adult apps are not allowed. If it is porn or NSFW, it does not belong on the board.
- Listings that break these rules are removed without a refund.
After you pay
- Your listing is public. Clicks go straight to your App Store page.
- Every click is counted and shown publicly next to your listing, so you can see what the spot is delivering.
- A completed payment is what claims the rank. The board moves when the payment clears, not when you land back on the site.
- RankApp may add clearly labeled launch placements. These are promotional credits, not customer purchases, and are excluded from revenue totals.
- Spots are not refundable — someone can always pay more.
Payment & chargebacks
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you reviewed the app, desired rank, and one-time price shown at checkout, and authorize that payment.
- Being outbid is part of how the leaderboard works. Your app remains listed at whatever rank its paid total can hold.
- If you have any issue with a purchase, contact founder@brickex.co before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
- Nothing in these rules limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
